Chrysa I. Karagianni

Founding Partner

Chrysa Karagianni was born in Thessaloniki. She graduated cum laude from the “Anatolia College” and went on to study law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. During her studies, she excelled and was honoured with fellowship titles. Subsequently, she completed post-graduate studies at the same university, in the field of Civil Law. She has been a Thessaloniki attorney since 1984.

Ms Karagianni specializes in Civil Law, Medical Law with a focus on malpractice issues, as well as Agricultural Law.

She is especially involved in issues of medically assisted human reproduction (MAHR), such as doctor liability in the application of MAHR, the establishment of single-parent families, the acquisition of offspring by unmarried couples, surrogate motherhood, egg and sperm donation, post-mortem fertilization, the fate of cryopreserved genetic material in the event of the dissolution of the marital relationship, etc.

Several of the rulings she has issued have been published in legal journals and online law libraries. She has also expounded her views on television shows covering medical issues, and through articles in the press.

She serves as legal counsel to medical centres.

Anthoula I. Pantazidou

Founding Partner

Anthoula Pantazidou was born in Thessaloniki; she is a Supreme Court attorney. She graduated from the Thessaloniki German School and holds a German Gymnasium diploma [Abitur]. She studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed post-graduate studies at the same university, in the field of Criminal Law.

Following her graduation, she worked in one of the oldest and largest law firms in Cologne, Germany. She has been a Thessaloniki attorney since 1995.

She specializes in Commercial Law with a focus on company mergers and acquisitions, on the establishment and operation of shopping malls, in Labour Law, and on issues concerning the criminal liability of company representatives. She is legal counsel to large Greek companies, including the “Masoutis” super-market chain that employs approximately 6,000 people, as well as foreign multinational corporations. She participates, as legal counsel, on the boards of directors of joint-stock companies, as non-executive member.

Panagiota V. Atsalou

Panagiota Atsalou was born in Serres. She graduated from the 3rd High-school of Serres and studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

She has been an attorney and member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association since 2003, and a partner of the law firm “Ch. Karagianni – A. Pantazidou and Associates” since its founding.

She specializes in Real Estate Law and issues related to the National Cadastre. She has extensive activity in the field of indebted households.

Evaggelia D. Argyriou

Evaggelia Argyriou was born and grew up in Stuttgart, Germany. She graduated from the Stuttgart General High-school. She studied law at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

She completed her legal apprenticeship at the law firm “Ch. Karagianni – A. Pantazidou and Associates” and since 2011 she is an attorney, member of the Thessaloniki Bar Association.

She specializes in cases of commercial and tax law. She provides counsel on the establishment/ expansion and operation of Greek companies in Germany, and German companies in Greece.

She works closely with law firms in Germany and Austria on cases concerning German citizens residing in Greece and Greek citizens residing in Germany.
